Each season presents its own challenges. Some of which we can't anticipate. But it doesn't mean we're not prepared. GROWMARK and FS are taking every possible step to stay connected with our customers and make sure we have the supplies you need, when you need them. Right now, it may feel like everything is changing. But know that our commitment to quality and service never will. Our efforts are focused on meeting your needs while keeping our employees, customers, and families safe. 

Staying Connected 

Ours is a relationship business, and we take great pride in the relationships we have with you. And, making sure you stay connected with your local FS company is more important than ever before. To ensure we keep communication lines open, we have put the following measures in place: 

Alternatives to in-person meetings. With the risk of in-person interactions, our sales force will be maximizing the use of electronic communications (email, texting, FaceTime, etc.) and phone calls to contact you and limit in-person meetings. If you have a preferred communication method, please contact your salesperson. 

Limited access to our facilities. In order to limit exposure while continuing to safely meet your needs, we ask you to follow these requirements: 

  • Please handle all non-essential business through electronic communications 
  • If you must visit a facility, we ask you to please: 
    • Check for symptoms of COVID-19: fever, cough, shortness of breath, or ANY flu-like symptoms
    • Identify if you have had any close personal contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has tested positive for COVID-19. Anyone who has symptoms or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days will not be allowed at our facilities
    • Healthy customers are welcome to pick up product as planned since this doesn't require you to enter the facility. We know many of you have relationships with people at our facilities, but also please limit your time spent outside of your vehicle while on-site at our facilities 

Product Supplies

Adequate inventory to service our customers' needs has been delivered to FS companies and there have not been any disruptions in our supply that we are aware of. We expect to meet our customers' known spring needs unless there is a logistics or manufacturing disruption and we are well positioned to serve you. Please keep in mind that the situation is rapidly changing, and we will communicate additional information as it becomes available. Here is a snapshot of how supplies currently stand: 

  • Crop nutrient and protection, seed, energy, and equipment facilities are operating and fulfilling deliveries to FS companies 
  • Seed, crop protection, and crop nutrient inventories are in place for planting season
  • Energy supplies, including fuels, lubricants, and propane are readily available and without disruption
  • We have back-up and contingency plans in place to address supply, distribution, and logistics disruptions should they occur, and we will make every effort to maintain ongoing communications with our customers
  • To ensure the continued operation of our equipment and facilities, we are following enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures and limiting personal interactions
