2002 - GROWMARK began distribution of DeKalb and Asgrow seed through an agreement with Monsanto.
2003 - Alliance was formed with TruServ Canada to provide consumer products and services to Ontario member cooperatives.
2004 - Alliance was formed with Decision Commodities to deliver and develop grain risk management products and services for farmers.

2006 - GROWMARK invested in a soy biodiesel plant in Mexico, Mo. built by Mid-America Biofuels.
GROWMARK acquired McCollister and Company in Omaha, Neb. for the production of heavy duty lubricants for automotive, agricultural, and industrial uses.
2007 - Illinois Farm Bureau and GROWMARK formed AgriVisor, LLC to provide producers with marketing tools for grain and livestock.
The ADM/GROWMARK grain marketing agreement ended.
2006-present - GROWMARK expands operations into 23 states and purchases numerous geographically diverse supply terminal facilities for petroleum and fertilizer inventory.
GROWMARK and member cooperatives formed jointly-owned grain marketing units to add size and scope and access to markets.
GROWMARK created seven retail divisions through the member cooperative partnering program.
